Engage with nature, walk in our glorious countryside, relax in your private wood fired hot tub, switch off and listen to the sound of birdsong. Unwind in the sauna, try out our gentle water rower – or just BE! We offer wood burning hot tubs, a wellness studio, wood burning sauna, tennis court, games room and endless walking.
Stay in our newly finished contemporary cabins or in our more traditional cottages.
We are a small farm nestled between the villages of Abernyte and Kinnaird, with an elevated position offering panoramic views of the surrounding rolling countryside - yet only 20 minutes by car from Perth or Dundee city centres.
3 unique, architect designed, minimal impact cabins, each sleeping 2. You are a whisker away from being totally off grid - our water supply is private, your cooking facilities inside are wood fired or LPG gas and your minimal use electricity is powered by our wind turbine.
We offer 3 different sized cottages located within the main body of the farm. These cottages are pet friendly, whereas our cabins are not. We can sleep a total of 12 in Honeysuckle (1 bedroom), Pitmiddle (2 bedrooms) and Outfield (3 bedrooms)
Endless walking
We have created paths you can follow through our mature woodland and around some nearby fields. Tim has constructed viewing platforms along the way where you can pause, sit and immerse yourself in your surroundings.
